Frequently asked questions
Satiate is a digital weight‑maintenance app built specifically for people who have successfully lost weight using GLP‑1 medications (such as Ozempic, Wegovy, and Mounjaro). It helps you transition off medication or reduce dosage while embedding sustainable lifestyle habits in nutrition, movement, mindset, and embracing community support.
The programme embraces a holistic, whole‑body approach with four key pillars:
EAT – Enjoy delicious, tailored meal plans that nourish and satisfy. We have expert dietician crafted menus for main meals, snacks and nutritional drinks alongside a complete food database for you to track the food you pick up or prep every day. Crafted for nourishment and simplicity in the kitchen we have hundreds of meals that you will love to try and keep you feeling full and energised through your day
MOVE – Engage in workouts and physical activity routines you’ll actually enjoy. We develop individualised progressive programmes of movement ideas and workouts tailored to your fitness goals and comfort levels following significant weight loss from medication use. From 30-minute lean muscle building workouts to mobility boosting 20-minute home training videos, plus a database of thousands of exercises you choose to add into your plan, we have you covered and will help your body grow in strength and flexibility.
FEEL – Cultivate positive mindset and emotional well‑being through reflective practices and mindfulness. We have a tailored mindset growth journey for each and every user that helps you identify and disrupt the patterns that originally lead you to living in a body that was not fit for long term health. We use a combination of neuroscience, cognitive behavioural therapy and positive psychology to help transform your relationship with your body. This process unlocks your potential for long term mental resilience against limiting beliefs and actions that lead to weight regain.
CONNECT – Benefit from a supportive digital community and coaching team ready to champion you through your health stabilisation journey. The team at Satiate are curating positive community spaces across social channels to ensure you can connect with those who have followed a similar path and are ready to support others in this next era of wellbeing. Our community channels offer expert advice, host smaller topic-specific chat groups, support community challenges and welcome you to become part of Team Satiate to help maintain personal accountability for your own ongoing success.
Absolutely. Satiate is designed for personalised support through a digital companion tool ready for you every time you pick up your mobile phone. It adapts to your dietary preferences, weight loss medication usage, lifestyle commitments, and emotional needs to ensure the strategies are practical, enjoyable, and relevant to your unique long term weight management strategy.
Coming off GLP‑1 medications can bring emotional and physiological shifts including plateaus, new hunger signals, mindset challenges and lack of motivation or confidence to move your body more. Satiate addresses this by offering expert‑driven plans, lifestyle tools, mindset support, and practical routines to sustain lasting, healthy change. Our team has studied the changes that take place in your body when either reducing dose or coming off modern weight loss medication and have built a plan to address the most common reasons for weight regain.
For anyone using GLP-1 medication and still losing weight every week, we advise you wait to join Satiate until you have reached your target weight and are considering long term stabilisation. You should always discuss the use of this programme with your healthcare professional or subscribing pharmacist before signing up to ensure the strategies and approach we take are right for you.
The Satiate programme was created by a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals and nutrition experts who understand both the impacts of medicated weight loss and the behavioural changes required to maintain health following significant weight loss. Our team includes members from the medicated weight loss community who have first-hand experience of the benefits of taking GLP-1s, and the real struggles in maintaining such a physical change long term.
