Victoria Anderson is the founder and Clinical Exercise Physiologist behind Longevity Health and Fitness. With a strong commitment to delivering expert, empathetic, and research-informed exercise support, she helps individuals navigate complex health conditions.

Ali is an accredited clinical exercise physiologist at Longevity Health and Fitness. She has experience working with clients from a wide range of clinical backgrounds, helping them improve their health, mobility and reduce their chronic disease risk through exercise. She supports those on weight loss or weight management journeys, including individuals using GLP-1 medications.

Before launching Satiate, Sophie spent over a decade leading global communications for consumer products at Microsoft, where she helped shape narratives across some of the world’s biggest consumer tech brands

Catherine is a professional chef, recipe developer, and the founder of The Online Coaches Chef and The Seasoned Mum. With over 18 years’ experience in the food industry, she combines her classical training with a passion for making food simple, enjoyable, and accessible for everyone.

Shavina is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and the founder of Intuitive Nutrition, a private consultancy dedicated to nutrition and well-being.

Vicky Midwood is an Integrative Health & Nutrition Coach, Certified ADHD Coach, and Eating Freely™ Therapist with over three decades of experience in health and wellness. Known as The Addiction Eliminator, she began supporting high-achievers and perfectionists in 2007, after transforming her own life by eliminating bulimia, alcohol addiction, and destructive coping habits.
